Where underage use is suspected or confirmed, joyya9 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited funds net of any withdrawals already made. Winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on joyya9. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account ownership;
• Opening more than one account for the same individual (duplicate accounts);
• Using another person's account, identity documents, or payment credentials to access joyya9 services;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of joyya9 to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with joyya9 games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk hedging across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to systematically extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit joyya9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by joyya9.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with joyya9's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and joyya9 and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. joyya9's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

Language. These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
